Beginning this Sunday we will be adding in some open gym time following our normal scheduled class.
From 9am - 11am once the 8am class is done the gym will be open for members to use as they wish!
Use this time to practice skills, work on strengths, and/or mobility.
This is NOT a time to make up the 8am WOD

Monday 09/13

Yesterday coach Dom, Andre, and Janine participated at the Fight For The Fittest competition at RxFit in Rocky Point !
All three showed such determination and heart throughout the entire competition. Three grueling wods and they gave it their all!
Dom even came out with an event win for WOD 3!

Turkey Tourney date announcement will be released this week! Stay tuned and start to find a partner!!!
Divisions this year will be both Men’s and Women’s as well as a Masters Women’s division only too.
