Thursday - Thanksgiving - 8am only
Friday 11/28 - 5:15am and 8am only
Saturday - December 13th - All classes on - Holiday party 7pm
Sunday - December 14th - CLOSED
CrossFit = 1 hour class instructed by a certified coach
Open Gym = for those with a membership only
Sweat Rx = 45 min body weight driven type class, no barbells will ever be used. A few mini workouts packed into 45 minutes!
WBC = Women's Boot Camp, sorry gentlemen, this is a ladies only class. Same workout as the 9am class.
