  • Open Gym = for those with a membership only

  • Sweat Rx = 45 min body weight driven type class, no barbells will ever be used. A few mini workouts packed into 45 minutes!

  • WBC = Women's Boot Camp, sorry gentlemen, this is a ladies only class
