What is CrossFit?

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple! Contact us via phone or e-mail to book your FREE private introduction! You and a coach will discuss your fitness/life goals, learn about what CrossFit is, learn basic movements, and be put through a "Baseline Workout". This introduction takes about 45 minutes and will be scheduled around our class times.


Is CrossFit safe?

YES! Safety is our number one priority. Our certified instructors will insure you are completing each workout in the safest way. Each class is structured to review each movement and it's scaling options. Every single movement can be modified to meet your abilities. If you are ever unsure how to modify a movement, ask a coach! We are more than happy to guide you!
