Just a few announcements to go over really quick
We are bringing back Open Gym on Sunday's onlybeginning this weekend. After 8am class on Sunday the gym will remain open from 9am-11am. This is a great time to work on skill, strength, or endurance movements. This is not a time to make up the 8am wod that was just held the hour before.
And now for the buzz around the gym that most have been quickly talking about
Our 5th annual TURKEY TOURNEY!!
Date : November 6th (the following day Sunday November 7th we will be closed)
Time: TBA we will open the doors for athletes to warm up and have a mandatory athletes briefing to go over movement standards.
WODs: Every team is guaranteed 3 wods!! Top 6 move onto Semi Finals then top 4 move onto Finals
WOD 1 will be our traditional strength ladder (standards will be posted to our social media accounts) WODs 2&3 will be announced at a later date! Every WOD is programmed geared towards ALL athletes no matter your level of experience.
MM or FF teams
We will also have a Masters Women division (sorry fellas no masters men division this year) both females on the MW team must be 45+ to qualify for this division.
This is for CFU members only!
Seasoned CF veteran or fresh and brand new to CF it's an experience you do not want to miss!

Open gym clarification - “Open Gym” from 9am - 11am will be every Sunday only. This will follow the regularly scheduled 8am class, the gym will be open for you to use.
