To all veterans of all branches: Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all. Thank you to our CFU veterans for your service! We are so grateful to have you in our lives.

In honor of U.S. Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday, Feb. 4, 2008, during combat operations in Iraq.
Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi; and his infant son, Parker.

TT21 has come and gone already… TT year 5 was absolutely spectacular. We saw so many PRs and accomplishments and could not be more proud. All of your hard work and dedication 100% showed on that competition floor.

Bring layers to keep warm, snacks/drinks for between workouts and remember to keep hydrated.

Each athlete will need to check-in in the lobby to receive your shirt and team folder that will have all of your score sheets in it as well.
