Shorts and women’s leggings are in. See a coach to pick up your order! To help the longevity of the new logo on these items it’s highly recommended to hang dry once they’re washed. Try not to put them in the dryer because this is how the logo peels off quickly.

Reminder that this Thursday the 28th we will be closed for all morning classes. Evening classes will still be on!

This weekend Dan completed a half iron man!! A big congrats to him! He’s trained so hard for this day in and out. Unfortunately due to the weather (esp. the high wind gusts) they had to cut the swim in half, but all other sections of the event were completed fully. Congrats again!!!
