Skill- 5 RNFT

  • 200m Run

  • 40 DU (60 Singles)

  • 25ft Handstand walk

WOD- 15 min AMRAP

  • 100 ft Walking Lunges

  • 200m Farmers Carry

  • 30 Sit Ups

  • 400m Run
