At home WOD- alt OTM x 20 minutes (5 rounds)

  • Min 1= 20 Groiners 

  • Min 2= 10 Burpees

  • Min 3= 20 Air Squats

  • Min 4= 40 sec Hollow hold (mod to tuck hold if needed)

    -goal 20 sec rest at each minute

    -modify reps as needed
