5:15am & 8am classes will still be running as usual.
In the evening doors will open at 4pm. We will be running heats between 4:40pm-6:30pm. Heats will run every 20 minutes. When you arrive at the gym write your name into a heat time you’d like to complete the WOD in. Warm ups will be on your own and please be ready once it’s time to switch/set up for your heat.
We highly suggest to stick with the division you completed last week for the duration of the open (scaled or Rx)
