Strength Day

Part 1 = Back Squats

  • 10 x 3 Every 2:00

  • At 80-85% of 1RM

Part 2 = Snatch

  • Every 90x 10 Sets

  • Sets 1-5 = Hang Snatch + 1 Low Hang Snatch

  • Sets 6-10 = 2 Snatch
