Part 1 = Walking Lunges x 4 Sets

  • Every 2-3 minutes

  • 10 Barbell Walking lunges

  • Build based off feel

Part 2 = Power Cleans

  • OTM x 15 mins

  • 1 Power Clean

  • Completed at 80-85% of 1RM
