Strength Day

Part 1- Back Squats

  • 7x5 every 2:00

  • 70-75% or 5-10lbs heavier than last week

Part 2 - Snatch

  • OTM x 10 mins

  • Sets 1-5= 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch

  • Sets 6-10= 1 Snatch
