Just about 1 week away from our 2nd annual Spring Fling in-house competition! This week we will be releasing the first 3 (all levels) workouts.
Day of:
8:00am Doors
8:40am Mandatory athlete briefing- please be in the building by this time
9:00am WOD 1 begins
We highly suggest bringing layers, snacks, water, and recovery options to have between workouts.
Spectators are welcome to come down and watch!

Strength Day

Part 1: Back Squats

  • 10 x 3 @ 80-85%

  • Every 2:00

Part 2: Clean & Jerk

  • Sets 1-5 = 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk

  • Sets 6-10 = 1 Clean + Jerk

  • Build based off feel
