We have to make a time change on our Tuesday 10/19 and Wednesday 10/20 evening classes next week :
Classes will be pushed back to start 15 minutes later than normal. Start times will be 4:45pm, 5:45pm & 6:45pm

Our 5th annual Turkey Tourney is quickly approaching!! New registration date deadline - Tuesday October 19th - this will guarantee you a shirt, we have to place our orders by then to get the shirts in time for the big day! The shirts are unisex and a cotton/poly blend, please be sure to write in your shirt sizes at the end of your team name column.
Doors will open at 8:00am - athlete briefing 8:40am - please be sure to be here in time for the briefing. First WOD will begin at 9am sharp.
Accounts will be charged this date as well if we did not receive a cash payment from you before this day.

Dom & Pat's big day is THIS SATURDAY! We can't believe it's here already. Please bare with us and the schedule changes below, we will be short staffed and need to cancel some classes.
Sunday 10/17 - Open Gym only 9am-11am
Monday 10/18 - 8:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm classes only (no 5:15am)
Tuesday 10/19 - 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm classes only (no morning)
Wednesday 10/20 - 8:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm (no 5:15am & 7am)
