We saw a lot of great accomplishments over these last 3 weeks! Hopefully we had some inspiration and ideas of what to work on for next year.

This evening doors will open at 4pm with the first heat starting at 4:35pm sharp with 6 slots available for each heat. Heat sign ups are first come first serve.

Warm up will be on your own. Please be ready for your heat with an idea of the weights/movement modifications you will be completing. If you need to be measured for jumping pull-ups make sure your height is set during the down time before your heat when loading your first weight as well.

Feel free to hang and watch heats while cracking open a cold one to celebrate the conclusion of the 2022 open season. Spectators welcome!
