  • 5 Front Squats @ 70% of 1RM

WOD - For Time

  • 200m Run + 2 Front Squats (165/110)

  • 200m Run + 4 Front Squats

  • 200m Run + 6 Front Squats

  • 200m Run + 8 Front Squats

  • 200m Run + 10 Front Squats
