Finally a break from this rain! Use any object to lateral jump over for the workout. Modify run distances and total rounds as needed.

For time:

Buy in: 1 mile run

10 Rounds:

8 burpees over obj.  + 50 ft. Lunge 

Buy out: 1 mile run
