At the top of the 4:00 mark move onto the next amrap starting fresh! Sub in 5 push ups if you cannot complete a wall walk.

At home WOD -

●3 burpees

●10 Sit ups

●1 wall walk

●10 mtn climbers

●5 tuck jumps
