Part 1 - Back Squat

  • Every 2:00 5-5-3-3

  • Until 18:00 mark establish a 1RM Back Squat

Part 2 - Clean & Jerk

  • OTM x 5 = 2 High Hang Cleans

  • Every 90s x 8 Sets = 1 Clean & Jerk
