Strength Day

Part 1 - Every 2:00

  • 8 x 4 Back Squats

  • @ 75-80% of 1RM or 5-10lbs heavier than last week

Part 2 - 3 Sets

  • 1 Power Clean every :30 x 6

  • Rest 1:00

  • Set 1 = 70% , Set 2 = 75% , Set 3 = 80%
