  • @ 75% of 1RM

Part 2 - Alt OTM x 2 Sets (4 rounds of each)

  • E: 10 DB Rows ea. arm

  • O: 10 DB Pull Overs ea. arm

Rest 2:00

  • E: 8-12 Strict Pull Ups

  • O: 20sec L-Hang

Part 3 - Every 2:00 x 3 Sets

  • 12 Barbell curls
