In the evening doors will open at 4pm. We will be running heats between 4:40pm-6:30pm. Heats will run every 20 minutes. When you arrive at the gym write your name into a heat time you’d like to complete the WOD in. Warm ups will be on your own and please be ready once it’s time to switch/set up for your heat.
We highly suggest to stick with the division you completed last week for the duration of the open (scaled or Rx)

Reminder that Friday evenings instead of classes we will be running heats between 4:30pm-6:30pm. Doors open at 4pm you can come down and sign up when ever you’d like. Please be sure to have enough time to adequately warm up before jumping into your heat.
