If you did not receive the email we sent out yesterday about a few upcoming schedule changes and additions please let us know so we can make sure you’re on our email list!

For the months of July and August we are adding a 7am class to Fridays! This will begin next week July 3rd. The last one will be on September 4th.

July 4th - Saturday - All classes on

July 18th - Saturday - All classes on - 10 year anniversary party this evening!! Join us starting at 6pm right here at our facility to celebrate TEN years of CFU. BYOBeverages, potluck, significant others welcome, and adults only please!

July 19th - Sunday - CLOSED

July 27th - Monday - Smith Point Lifeguard tournament at Smith Point Beach. If you're able to, come down and cheer on your local lifeguards! Opening ceremonies usually begin around 9:30-10am with the start of the comp shortly after. Lifeguards from beaches all across the island come down to compete in multiple lifesaving events on land and in the water. It's an exciting competition that displays their athleticism and quick response to simulated rescues. 

Beach WODs - weather pending! Traditionally we have done these on the weekends at Smith Point beach (west of the main pavilion) Be on the look out for a last minute pop up class. We will post on social media, on our main website homepage, and send out an email as well.

September 7th - Labor Day - 8am class only - closed for the remainder of the day
