Strength - Every 2:00 x 5 Sets

  • 3 Front Squats

  • Build based off feel

  • Begin ~ 65-70% of 1RM

WOD - 1:30 AMRAP + :30 Rest x 5 Rounds

  • 20 Wallballs (20/14)

  • Max 20 ft. shuttle runs in time remaining (score)
