Don’t forget that this Friday 07/04 we will have an 8:00am class only. All other classes through the weekend will be on!

Strength - Every 2:00 x 5 Sets

  • 3 Front Squats

  • Begin ~ 65-70% and build

WOD - 2:00 AMRAP x 6 Sets

  • Set 1 = 50 DU + Max Wallballs

  • Set 2 = 50 DU + Max Pull ups

  • Set 3 = 50 DU + Max Wallballs

  • Set 4 = 50 DU + Max C2B

  • Set 5 = 50 DU + Max Wallballs

  • Set 6 = 50 DU + Max BMU

    NO REST BETWEEN AMRAPS
